Why OTG exists
Nick opened OTG in 2009 and still coaches on the floor every week. He built a fun and supportive place for people who want to be part of a community and get real results, with coaches who know their name and members who notice when they miss a day.
OTG started in a garage with one purpose: train to be better at life. That means movements that carry over to everything you do outside the gym, like picking up your kids, carrying the groceries and staying strong as you age. So instead of curls and calf raises, we train the full spectrum of fitness: bodyweight movements, loaded lifts and conditioning that builds your heart and lungs, burns fat and builds muscle. Adam and Alex both started as members and believed in the mission so much they became owners.
