our in-house competition, held on 3 Fridays every autumn.

  • Fundraiser workouts

workouts where every rep helps a local cause.

  • OTG Happy Hour

once a month we get together at a different local restaurant.

  • Member of the Month

every month we celebrate one member and tell their story.

  • OTG ROX

our Hyrox crew, training sleds, runs and stations together in their own block.

  • Meters with Matt

rowing on our Endurance track, chasing one number that moves.

  • Open Gym
